If you are a customer who has purchased a copy of one of her books through this website and have not received it, please email Dragonrock Press directly through the email listed above, and be sure the subject head reads: Missing Order. This will ensure it is processed through the shipping and receiving department, which has a faster response time.
NOTE - Dragonrock Press will not process any messages for the author through the shipping and receiving department, so any letters to the author should be mailed separately. All incoming emails are checked via the intake department before being forwarded to their proper destination.
If you have purchased any merchandise from our shop and wish to return it, please be advised that we only accept returns on clothing if it is unused and still in its original packaging. Mugs and posters are non-refundable. If you received a damaged item, please contact our sales department through the above email, and provide contact information. One of our sales representatives will reach out to you to resolve your issue.
